This is a place where you can post questions, thoughts, successes, failures, read motivational post from me and be with a community going through, doing and working towards like minded goals.

3 WORKOUTS

These fat burning & muscle building workouts are in the app and are accessible on the Program Start date (the first Monday after you purchase the program).

You can do these workouts any time. These workouts will help to put your results into high gear and for you to achieve your goals. My only recommendation is that you keep workouts to 24 hours apart to give your body optimal rest.

2-WAY COMMUNICATION & TEXTING

You can message me 24/7 with any questions that you might have and I will frequently check in as well.

MEAL PLANS

A PDF of the meal plan is located in the app under your plans. The first page of the meal plan is a guide for what you should be eating for each meal. The following pages give you ideas and meal options for each meal. You can interchange out any grain (carb) for another option. Same with the fats, proteins, fruits, etc. This should really help you get the ideas flowing about options and to help give you variety. Anything in bold font is a recipe. Every other option lets you be creative if you want to make it sandwich, salad, throw it on a plate, whatever your heart desires.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability is ESSENTIAL to personal growth…

How can you improve if you are never wrong or make a mistake? If you don’t admit a mistake and take responsibility for it, you’re bound to make the same one again. We are in this together, mistakes and all. Let’s use each other to work through it.
