Embodying Self-Love w/ fASHionably fit

Over the years I've learned that the most profound lessons have been the most simple shifts in life, typically in my mindset and perspective.

I've been on a long journey to embodying self-love, but I want you to know that it has been so worth it. If you are struggling with negative self-talk, poor body image, disordered eating or stress and overwhelm - I'm right here with you.

The good news is that we can help one another along the way. I'm here to shine light on the darkness I've experienced and I'm so grateful you are along for the ride!

Here's how I can help you if you are seeking guidance:

Sweat with me!

According to Psychology Today, exercise increases neurotransmitters in the brain, specifically serotonin and norepinephrine, which boost information processing and mood. Basically, when incorporating exercise into your routine, you are helping your brain function better and you are more likely to experience feeling happy.
