Put your results into high gear
These workouts are in the app and you can access them and start them on the Program Start date (the first Monday after you purchase the program). You can do these workouts any time. These workouts will help to put your results into high gear and for you to achieve your goals. My only recommendation is that you keep workouts to 24 hours apart to give your body optimal rest.
A PDF of the meal plan is located in the app under your plans. The first page of the meal plan is a guide for what you should be eating for each meal. The following pages give you ideas and meal options for each meal. You can interchange out any grain (carb) for another option. Same with the fats, proteins, fruits, etc. This should really help you get the ideas flowing about options and to help give you variety. Anything in bold font is a recipe. Every other option lets you be creative if you want to make it sandwich, salad, throw it on a plate, whatever your heart desires.
Accountability is ESSENTIAL to personal growth. How can you improve if you are never wrong or make a mistake? If you don’t admit a mistake and take responsibility for it, you’re bound to make the same one again.
